Are you an official dealer?
We are an official Zeekr reseller and we will send you the confirmation — you are welcome to check it with the distributor before you commit to anything. Six years in the UAE and more than 500 cars delivered.
Is the car in the showroom, or do I have to order it?
Both exist. There are cars here you can drive and buy now, and there are slots for configurations that have to be ordered. Ask us and you will get the status of the exact car — what is here, what is in transit, what is still in production.
What does the warranty cover and where is the car serviced?
Five years, and the car is looked after here in Dubai. You get the service map in writing with your offer: what is covered, for how long, and where you take the car.
Can I inspect the car before paying the balance?
Yes, and that is the normal order rather than a favour. You or someone you trust inspects the car, and only then is the balance due. Outside the UAE we send photos and video of your specific car before you travel.
Where are you and how do I get to you?
Al Quoz Industrial Area 4 — about 15 minutes from Downtown and 25 from Dubai Marina, open daily 9:00–19:00. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send the pin.
